Welcome to the 2019-2020 Season Registration!

It's as easy as 1-2-3!  Students and families interested in participating in the Deer Valley Football Program should follow the steps below to sign up for all important program communications and ensure your student-athlete is eligible to participate.  Deadlines, where applicable, are listed in each section. 


Website Registration

Keep connected to your team(s). Get schedules and team updates for every athlete in the house, plus a way to track your credits and communicate with other members on your team. To register, click the "REGISTER: 2019 Season" link in this section.

NOTE: The fundraising buy out option is included in this form. Simply skip the step if you intend to participate in eligible volunteer opportunities to earn credit towards the fundraising fair share, summer program, summer camp, etc.


2019 Summer Program

The goals of the sessions are to increase strength, speed and power and to develop camaraderie with teammates and Skyhawk Pride!

Download the form in this section and return the bottom portion with a check to Coach Friedman.  Additional information is included in the form. However, if you have earned credit through volunteering, please email deervalleyfootball@gmail.com and we will work with you to coordinate payment!

DEADLINE: The above form and payment should be submitted to Coach Friedman by May 23, 2019!

Get cleared to play

  1. Visit www.dvskyhawksathletics.com
  2. Click on the REGISTER MY ATHLETE link in the upper right hand corner.
  3. Create your online account.
  4. Complete your 2019-2020 online registration for each of your athletes.
  5. Turn in your four page Physical Evaluation paperwork to the Athletics Office. Hard copies can be picked up in the office or via the links included in this section.

PLEASE NOTE: The Athletic office will NOT accept your physical evaluation paperwork until you have completed the online registration. Students must be cleared prior to any athletic participation.

Incoming Freshmen & NEW Students

In addition to the online registration and physical evaluation, you will need to provide a copy of your birth certificate and the AIA Brainbook certificate to the Athletics Office. The Brainbook certicification is completed online and the link is provided in this section. 

PLEASE NOTE: If the Brainbook certification was completed for middle school sports, it does not need to be completed again but please ensure the certificate was provided to the Athletics office by your student-athlete's middle school.

DEADLINE: All steps listed here must be completed by July 22, 2019 in order for your student-athlete to be cleared to participate.
